The way we recruit people has been the same for decades and needs to be updated. At Innoflow, our mission is not to streamline current recruitment processes but to change them for the benefit of business and society. We aim to bring changes that can help any individual to have a meaningful work-life and companies to grow through a more diverse and competent workforce.

Our mission

To unleash the full potential of individuals and organisations using cases solved digitally and anonymously.

With bias, both conscious and unconscious, comes a significant risk of making unqualified and harmful decisions. A solution to that problem comes in the form of work samples (or: cases), which also happen to be the best available indicator of future job performance. At Innoflow, we have combined the best of both worlds by enabling companies to use cases solved anonymously throughout the employee life cycle. From employer branding, through recruitment, to onboarding and training – use them at any stage to create the best professional experience.

Cases solved anonymously make it possible for companies to discover hidden talents and potential. At the same time, the individual gets concrete insight into the tasks that come with the job and thus has the necessary prerequisites to assess whether the job matches their skills and motivation.

About us

Innoflow was founded by Thomas Tornerup in August 2019. We are a Danish scaleup with headquarters in Copenhagen, but our team members come from all over the world. As a team, we are united by our vision, mission, and values. We enjoy each other’s company and love to hang out together as much as we love to work hard. Together, we aim to develop excellent software and create value for clients, applicants, and graduates.

Founder & CEO

Thomas has spent most of his working life as a leader in global media companies focusing on digital innovation and transformation. With a passion and flair for challenging the status quo, he has helped create new digital businesses at, among others, Discovery Networks and Viasat. Thomas has always sought to promote inclusive and diverse teams in a constant search for new angles and perspectives on problem-solving.
