Working at Innoflow is like being in out of those rollercoasters that goes from 0-100 mph in 2 seconds with loops, hanging upside down, photo flashes, some airtime, back on the track, stops for a second in what feels like the sky, and then it’s free fall from there! It’s fun and terrifying at the same time and the diversity of people on board the rollercoaster just makes you scream “One more round!”

From the very first minute at Innoflow I was surrounded by talented, hard-working, sincere people who were always ready to help. I had no doubt about my role here, and although it had changed quite distinctly since the beginning of my career, my happiness grew with every step. I know that my skills and abilities are highly appreciated here, and that is the best motivation for me. Seeing how we grow, how our team expands, how happy our clients are – it reminds me that I am here for a reason, and when working with such a noble mission, every single doubt simply disappears.

I’ve been a member of Innoflow for around a year, starting as an intern and turning into a part-time UX designer. My time at Innoflow allowed me to grow as a professional rapidly. The trust and responsibilities I have been placed with since day 1 quickly put my knowledge to the test, which I loved! Being at an equal level with fellow colleagues I was able to attend to the main changes of the platform’s design, which allowed me to learn practically. Professional business aside, the team itself was outgoing, friendly, with regular team events, breakfasts, and lunches. Thomas personally made a significant impact not only on my professional development but also on my interpersonal skills, which I am thankful for to this day.

I keep saying that from day 1 at Innoflow. And by learning, I don’t only mean acquiring skills in my work-field, but also how much I learnt about myself, and how to unleash my potentials. All of us in the team are so different, yet connected – with different backgrounds, different education, different life experience, everybody brings something new to the table, and that’s hella inspiring!!

For me, working at Innoflow was a huge step forward. In such a short period of time, I have learned so many new things. It is like hanging out with your friends while doing what you love and enjoy. I was never afraid to express my ideas. And that is the magic of a start-up. There is always room for ideas, and I have never felt like not participating in completing Innoflow’s mission.

I had the honor of starting the company from scratch with Thomas Tornerup (CEO). Working at Innoflow as an intern was one of the most important and instructive experiences in my career. Thomas is an extremely inspirational and motivational boss who is able to bring forward the best in his employees. The atmosphere in the office is highly characterized by its diversity and informality where everyone is equal.
