Setting your terms and conditions

As the organiser, you are the data controller which requires you to provide terms and conditions, and not least privacy and cookies policies. This is why you should upload the information to your event, so new users of any kind will have to agree.


  • From the Dashboard navigate to ‘Terms, conditions and policies’
  • You now have the option to upload your Terms and Conditions for Administrators, Participants and Judges in a PDF format by hitting the arrow ‘upload’ button.
    • Note that the Terms and Conditions will be copied from one of the user types to the rest.
  • Now toggle on the far right buttons, to have new participants, judges or administrators accept your uploaded terms and conditions.
Repeat the above process for the Privacy and Cookie policy below the Terms and Condition Section.
Once you have enabled this for everybody involved, they must agree to these before signing up.
