Frequently Asked Questions
Recruitment
Who makes the case?
We offer two different kinds of case development:
- Our Innoflow Case Experts can develop a case for you where you’re a part of the process.
- You can develop a case yourself, and our Innoflow Case Experts will make a quality assessment.
How long does it take to develop a case?
First, we invite you to meet with a representative from our Case Development Team, where you can discuss your wishes and expectations regarding the case. That will take only 30 minutes. If you can provide all the information needed during this meeting, the developers will create your case within 2-3 hours.
Who judges the case?
The hiring manager should be responsible for judging the case. However, additional judges, such as experts within the team or recruiters, can easily become part of the judging process.
The designated judges score the case solutions anonymously, meaning that they neither have access to the job candidates’ profiles nor can see their names until all solutions have been scored.
How long does it take to judge a case?
Usually, the judge can score a solution within 10 minutes. Depending on the judging criteria and the complexity of the solution, it may take longer.
How do you ensure that the process is unbiased?
Each job candidate will be assigned a number, replacing their first and last name. That is done to ensure 100% anonymity. The judges don’t have access to the job candidates’ profiles, resumes and names. Moreover, the judges must score the case solutions according to the judging criteria set by the recruiter.
How long does it take for the candidate to solve a case?
Candidates can access the case from the moment it launches until the submission deadline. The time spent solving the case depends on the case’s complexity. To ensure that candidates walk away with a positive experience, we recommend that the case takes no more than 30-90 minutes to solve.
How do you ensure that the person uploading the solution is the one who has solved the case?
It takes only a few questions during the telephone screening or interview following the submission of the case to verify whether the candidate is the one who actually solved the case.
How long does the Innoflow recruitment process take?
In collaboration with Innoflow, the recruiter will set up the desired timeline, and our team will do its best to meet the deadlines. The process takes 4-6 weeks from the launch of the job post until the chosen candidate is hired.
Where do I keep track of how many candidates have registered for the process?
To see the number of participants, go to the Dashboard → Participants → Overview.
Can I communicate with and to the candidates during the process?
You can notify and send a message to all the candidates at the same time. When you compose a message via the system, the candidates automatically receive both an e-mail and a notification on the platform.
How long does it take to create a case page and an event page?
It usually takes about an hour to create an event page with the right picture, job description, and timeline provided by you.
How do we help candidates when they need technical support?
Technical support is reachable throughout the entire recruitment process. You and your candidates are more than welcome to contact us about any technical issues you may be experiencing.

How does Innoflow support live video presentations (opening ceremony, closing ceremony)?
The Zoom integration will allow you (the Event Organiser) to create a meeting room that can be later shared with all the participants across the event via Event Messages. To create a link to the specific meeting room, you will have to sign in to your Zoom account via browser. However, if you have done that already, you won’t be asked to sign in again, and your link will be generated immediately!
Participants can join the meeting room using their Zoom accounts; however, it is also possible to join the meeting as a guest, in case they don’t have one.
Once the link is generated, it’s up to you how and with whom you want to share it. You can share it as an Event Message all participants across the event will see, or you can choose to send it to a few selected participants via email.
Who judges the case?
The Event Organiser is responsible for selecting a judge or multiple judges, who will score participants’ solutions based on the judging criteria set by the recruiter. The Event Organiser selects judges who can evaluate rationally and independently. Judges score anonymously, meaning that they do not have access to profiles and cannot see the names of the participants.
How long does it take to judge a case?
Judging a case depends on the number of participants and judges. If there are many participants submitting their solutions and only a few judges, it will take longer than the other way around.
Usually, one judge can score one solution within 10 minutes (depending on the judging criteria and complexity of the solution).
How do you ensure that the process is unbiased?
Judges cannot see the names of participants and do not have access to their profiles. Therefore, they can only see a number replacing the name of each candidate. Moreover, judges must score based on the pre-defined judging criteria.
Where do I keep track of how many candidates have registered for the process?
To see the number of candidates who have signed up, go to the Dashboard → Participants → Overview.
Can I communicate with and to the participants during the process?
You can always send a message to all participants at the same time through the ‘Event Messages’.
How do we help participants when they need technical support?
All participants are given a point of contact – either the event organiser or the person responsible for handling participants within your company. If any of the participants are experiencing technical issues, they will directly get in touch with their point of contact (responsible person in your company), who will get back to us. You are more than welcome to contact us about any technical issues you may be experiencing.
What if I need technical support?
We are here to help you, and we will do everything necessary to make your event a success. All product packages include 10 hours of support within office hours (Mon-Fri 8-17). However, if you need more assistance, we can offer you support 24/7 (weekends included) for an additional fee.
How long does it take to set up an event?
If the event organiser provides us with the content, images (possibly video), and the necessary text, it will take between 1-3 hours to set up the event page, case page, and event settings.
How much does it cost?
We offer different packages depending on how many participants you are expecting to sign up. For more info, see Plans & Prices here: https://www.staging15.innoflow.io/da/plans-and-prices-da/

How do I delete my profile?
Navigate to My profile/Settings, and at the bottom of the page hit the “Delete my profile” button.
Will my name be visible during the evaluation process?
No, it will not. Our evaluation process is completely anonymous, and the judges reviewing your solution won’t be able to see your name or your profile.
What happens if I forget to fill in any of the required profile information?
You should fill in the required profile information immediately. Otherwise, you risk being disqualified by the event organiser.

Why can’t I add/delete the judging criteria?
Check whether the submission deadline is already over. In case it is, set the submission deadline in the future (postpone the submission deadline).
Why does the logo in our organisation’s profile have an incorrect aspect ratio?
Make sure that the image you have uploaded has an aspect ratio of 1:1, and always check the recommended image size before uploading an image.
What should I do if I can’t access the dashboard or there is any other unexpected behaviour happening?
You should try deleting your local and session storage, as well as refreshing your cache.
